Our Story
Deirdre began practicing Yoga and Pilates after years of playing sports and experiencing frequent injuries. Discovering how these practices supported recovery and prevented further injury was life-changing — and she felt inspired to share those benefits with others.
She is also the author of the mindfulness and meditation book Surfing the Waves of Stress, which reflects her passion for helping others find balance, calm, and resilience in everyday life.
